9650 bricked...
I tried updating a 9650 to os 6.0.0.2333 from 5.0.0.1600, but my MacBook decided to crash during the update, leaving me with no OS on the phone. When I turn it on, the progress bar goes to about two thirds, then sends me to a white screen which says:
I looked at the website, followed their instructions, but to no avail.
I tried connecting my 9650 to my computer, desktop software says that it cannot connect to the phone, and gives me the option to cancel, try again, or repair the phone.
I tell it to repair, at which point it comes up with a box asking me which OS version I would like to load. I tried with every one of them. It starts repairing it, then halfway through says that it failed to repair my device, and asks me to try again.
Has anyone had this kind of issue? what should i do?
