I don't know whats the problem with my BB !!
It was turned off and when i opened it there was no theme only the home screen with small icons of the applications in the phone ..also there is no menu screen
have you backed your device up using the desk top manager?
try a soft reset, taking out the battery for 30 sec.
when you hit the menu button does the main icon screen come up?
is anything hidden?
menu>main icon screen>menu button>unhide/show all>look for hidden icons>hilight>menu button>unhide/show all
if you are unable to get to the options menu, you may need to wipe the bb device using the dtm, or if no dtm, your comand dos prompt from your windows coomp
