No carrier and No Scroll bottom dock theme?

I had one that under my themes was listed as 'no carrier', well today i had to redo my entire bold so I lost all of my themes and can not find my stored copy on my drive so.

Does anyone know of a theme like this? it was really clean and simple looking with everything up top moved down to the bottom. I downloaded it 5+ months ago and can not seem to find it anymore.
