Maps is missing... But only in the Precision AT&T theme.
So for whatever reason my maps application is not showing up anywhere. I really am not sure why. It will show up when I use the Precision Silver theme or any custom theme, but not the completely standard Precision AT&T theme. Anyone know why that is?

AT&T blocks it in favor of their own navigator.

Yep, that's the whole deal. It can still be there, you just can't see it. It's a shame, because I actually like the AT&T theme just fine.

Is there any way to unhide it?

I'm new to blackberry (used palm os for years), how do you confirm if is it installed? I am using a non-ATT theme.
When I got to the menu button, I get no option for show all. This is in the main screen. - 01-18-2009, 01:14 PM

when I was reinstalling my OS I made sure the checkbox was selected to install Blackberry Maps. I kind of wish the stupid thing would just show up in the AT&T theme so I could just use that instead of fretting about which theme to use! Lol. Silly me.
I use a BOLD and an iPhone 3G. Best of both worlds!
