I'm just getting started with building themes, and I thought my first real one was pretty good. But it doesn't even compare. I don't know how to make icons and do all the fancy docks that I've seen on some of the ones on here. Does anyone want to take on an apprentice? Or at least have some step by step intructions or documentation on creating those awesome themes.

there's plenty of documentation on it if you search. and videos showing how to do the hidden docks.
