Actually there is a theme for bold about fallout based on the pipboy9000 you use in the game and its really good which I am using. I don't remember the exact adress but search for "toma avianda" in google. You will see a page with that name. It is a simple site which I think you will have no difficulty in finding the theme. If you have any problems let me know...

By the way I am not the owner of the themes there just found it while surfing
