just go to options, then themes, then activate the new theme.

it has to be downloaded from your phone. not your computer. point your berry's browser to the address of the theme you want. thats the only way to install a jad file.

Thx Cobra! I got it loaded. it appears that you may lose some icons when in full screen mode....I lose my weather icon...

They're there, just in folders now. You have to move them back to the home screen.

I did notice my icons for the games/setup folders no longer has the pictures, just the plain folder and you can only alter colours by editing. Not a big deal though.

if the theme is in a zip file, the you would download to your computer and use desktop manager to install. i think the very first post is in that format. the rest of the themes are in an ota (over the air) format. just use your bold's browser to download the theme. as soon as you type in the address and hit enter, it will show up and ask you to install. really easy the only bad part about ota installs is that for the most part, if you delete it, and the server that it was hosted on is no longer up, you loose the theme.

Added 2 more - A 10 icon L theme with messages and sms today sections, and a '7 icon along the bottom' version of the same. Both have the application description text, as quite a few people have asked for that feature.

hulkster, so on the website, the first original 10 icon L today theme has been updated to 1.1 right? i'm gonna try and redownload and see what happens! thanks man!

I noticed my Bold did the same the first time I tried to re-download it. Seemed like it was caching it from the previous visit. I did a page 'refresh' from the menu and then clicked the link again, which then picked up the 1.1 version. Failing that, uninstall the original (restart required) and then revisit the page. That's worked for me previously when updating themes from other theme making dudes...

i just tried the refresh option, didnt work, i'm gonna try and uninstall then reinstall and see what happens.

The '10 icon L theme with calendar today area no carrier' was the one I updated to v1.1. Changed the font and added the application text bit.
