Nice theme, but John, I sent you an email a few weeks ago and you never got back to me. This is the 2nd time you failed to reply to my email immediately. Last time I had to email you 5 times and used the contact form on your website before you finally replied, stating that there was a problem with your email system. Are you having a problem with your email system again this time around? I think not? Is this what you call good customer service?

I had the same issue with JC Designs. I had a question regarding a theme that I purchased and he acknowledged my question right away and said he would get back to me. That was over 4 weeks ago and still no response. I have purchased his themes before but his lack of response will make me look elsewhere.

I appologize for the experience both of you are having.

Those of you that have issues with my response on email, please go ahead and PM me here, and yes I am still having lost emails thru Godaddy and I am moving my server elsewhere once my new site is completed.

Also for font sizes or any customizations of my themes right now, I simply am not accepting any new requests right now due to all the issues I am currently having.

I just installed this theme today and my only comment so far is sometimes the white font on certain screens is hard to read.

I purchased and installed the Genesis theme today and it really looks nice. I especially like the extra icons. I was hoping you (John) would make a minor change so that when I scroll over an icon, a dark outline surrounds my selection. I was outside today and it was hard for me to tell which icon was currently selected. I tried changing the background image also but It didn't help.

Will you alert current buyers if a new version becomes available?

Hi John,

I purchased your Genesis theme today and am very pleased with it. The design is fantastic, and I am very happy that you chose a good font.

I had one question though. I have my SMS/MMS box separate from my Messages box, so (on the main screen) when I hover over the SMS/MMS icon, it displays my texts. However, the texts it displays are from a few days ago, and even when I get new texts, the new texts do not show in that SMS/MMS preview pane on the main screen.

Any idea how to fix this? Thank you.

Or does anyone else in this forum know how to fix this?

Same issue here the contrast, hue and the white font with white background difficult to read outside or anywhere with light

JC Designs - Does this theme have the same issue with weather icons that all of my other themes have had: the current weather temp will not be correct unless you view all of the icons with the Blackberry button then go back to the homescreen? Thanks!
