    is there any way to do this? I am a personal user, not on a business server

    In short no...but alternatives exist, depending on what exactly it is you wanna sync..I would assume email but ya never know...email will remain a no..however..

    Contacts and Calendars can be sync'd with alternatives offered by Google and others.

    Well my emails are set up to my phone. I Really meant to have my calendar and contacts wirelessly sync to outlook. What is google sync?
    Is there any way to wireless sync with outlook?

    I use thinkpost.net for wireless blackberry sync and it works fine with outlook, support is excellent and its dirt cheap.

    Google sync will sync your contacts and calendar to your gmail account. You can then sync your outlook to your gmail account's contacts and calendar. I use thunderbird so I'm not sure how to do it on outlook but if you google "sync outlook with gmail" I'm sure it's been done.
