    Default Why can't I restore?

    When I go on DM it says it failed to connect to the device. However, my BB is connected and it shows that after the screen. Then I go to restore and choose the file and it says there's a communication error.

    if you're using DM 4.7, uninstall it and use DM 4.6 instead.

    Make sure the USB drivers aren't corrupted. If not, go with squish's suggestion.
