What is the most stable ROM for Bold 9000?

I've tried so many ROM already, but didn't found the greatest one. All of it have the memory leaked problem. Could someone please suggest me any of the official ROM for Bold 9000 that is the most stable?

And also another question, I've found that the 4.6 version of ROM is much lighter than the 5. Can I install the 4.6 and restore the backed up data from v.5? Will the 4.6 better than 5 or not, and can 4.6 able to install the new versions of apps like latest BBM or Facebook 2 or not?
