What is MobileCard 1.4?

I'm trying to free up memory on my Bold and I ran across an app called MobileCard 1.4. Does anyone know what it is and whether it is a core app or something? TIA.

Im not sure what it is but i cannot see it on my 9000

I can't seem to find anything on it when I google it. I don't remember installing it, but I'm sure that I did sometime in the last year. I'm going to delete this and see what happens.
