    Default weatherbug

    i just downloaded it and it been trying to find my location for like a million years, but google maps works just fine. i have 4.6.266

    It uses BB Maps.

    so i have to have bb maps installed in order for weatherbug to work?

    Yes. You can install it through DM but anytime to re-send service books or do a battery pull the icon will go away. It will still be installed on the phone though. So most likely the GPS on WeatherBug will work.

    Desktop Manager. If you have your OS loaded on your computer, then Blackberry Maps should show up in your app loader to be added.

    lol blackberry maps is not supported by att, and it also says you have to have 4.1 or 4.2 os

    Weatherbug version 1.0.0.106 does not need BB Maps to work. I can confirm that.

    i just downloaded the version from blackberry app store, no clue what version it is

    edit: thats the version i have and it just wont find my location.

    WeatherBug works just fine without the GPS thing.

    Why don't you try typing in your zip code? It works that way to get your location, too.
