upgrading OS relocks phone?
i have a bold .247 that is unlocked currently. if i update to a newer or downgrade my OS, will it relock my bold and i would have to go about getting another unlock code?

Once unlocked its that way for good. So no, upgrading or downgrading the os will not relock it

Real post....
ive had the phone for 11 days now, upgraded os to .247, unbranded using a different vsm, and, worst of all, i have broken the warranty seal because i blacked the bold out...
