Upgrading bb 9000 bold fw with italian language

I have a bb 9000 bold with fw 5.0.0.681
Can i upgrade the firmware with italian language?
How?

When you download the latest firmware you download the "all" language version.
Make a backup first and wipe your device.
Install the new software and when you upgrade you can choose for italian language.

Download desktop software v6.1.0 b38 multilanguage to the official bb site and i try to upgrade the fw!
