Unable to Open Attachments
Hey guys,
I just switched from the Curve to the Bold (Awesome-er to Awesome-est!)
Anyways, I was unable to open .jpeg attachments from one of my email accounts. I was getting an error message that said "More cannot be recieved. Service Book information not available."
I had set up one of my email accounts and then synched my old berry to the new. It copied all of the other email account information including the one I had already set up. Because of this, I guess there was a conflict. I figured this out when I was on the phone with AT&T waiting for them to research the problem.
Just a simple deletion and re-adding of the conflicting account solved the problem. I hope this saves you a headache or phone call!!
