Unable to find call divert option

Hi guys, this isn't a thread asking how to divert calls from my bb 9000 i already know how to do that and read many other threads! My problem is that I cant even find the Call divert option to begin with.. I went to Menu > Options and went through the whole list and and Call divert just isn't there

Help please? Maybe there's something small and silly i'm just not seeing!

With the phone open, mine is on the menu under Options>Call Forwarding

Yah its the same as call forwarding and I still don't see it in the Options list! Maybe its a software error or something?

I believe he is looking for a menu option to forward calls when received, and I believe when it is setup, it does it automatically. You just set up the number and whether you want all calls forwarded, or just unanswered calls.

If you hold the volume down key, it will direct the call to voicemail. Don't know if that was what you were looking for, either.

I will try to speak to the service provider maybe I need to activate it for blackberry so I can find it in the menu

Open up the phone.
Press "menu" or the "blackberry logo"
Scroll to options,
Select "call forwarding"
And select what event you would like the call to be forwarded.

Pretty simple.

I know its simple thats why its killin me! My options menu looks completely different than the screen shots

Just to be clear and make sure you're in the correct options area... You press the green phone button FIRST and then menu > options, correct?

Guess what guys i found out how to do it, the way presented above must have been the way to forward calls on old blackberry models maybe?

On the bold however u don't go to menu > options instead do the following:
Press the green call button > options > call forwarding

Done !
