so i bought a bold and immediately updated it to the .900 update. now for some reason it vibrates very weakly and doesnt sound very loud when i get a call or text. i duno if i could be helped but any info would be appreciated

I'm assuming it wasn't vibrating weakly or wasn't loud prior to you updating? What OS was it before? I've noticed 5.0 ringtones are a little quieter compared to 4.6.

A little more info might help us narrow down the problem and give a solution.

thats what i was thinkin before but i tested the ring and it was at a good volume. factory 4.6. i gave as much info as i could besides sayin the phone was reseted to factory before buying it
