Saved Back-Ups
Every time I do a back-up it is saved to 'documents' on my laptop as IPD file, which doesn't open. I need to transfer my contacts from one phone to another and save my back-ups somewhere I can open and use them if necessary. Can someone please help me?

Look on Google for a program called ABC Amber Blackberry Converter. It will
import your contacts to another type of document.~DENISE~

I can see ALL my contacts WITH phone numbers on my 9000, but they are not transferring to my 9800. I'm only getting email address.
