Ripping dvds

Hi guys don't no whether its been mentioned or not but I'm struggling to. Find an actual free dvd ripper with no limitations to rip sum original dvds like heroes and put them on my fone,I've got the video converter sorted such as aimersofts video converter but when I load my dvd in that,then the picture goes green and blurred,think I paid for the wrong 1 lol and don't wanna buy anythin else,so if sum1 cud send me a link or summit to an actual free dvd ripper for my bold,be aPpreciated lads ty

Its not free but I use Anydvd. Works great and worth the price in my opinion

This is what i use: handbrake.fr (website just type it in)

Put settings to:

FIRST TAB
Format = MP4
Change Width = 480
Change Height = 320

SECOND TAB
Video Codec = H.264
Framerate = 25
Set Size for around 500mb (or what ever you prefer)

Confirm that format is still MP4. Sometimes it will switch to M4V.

Completely free and stable and small sys file.

+1 for handbrake
I also use dvdfab decrypter to pull the files off of the DVD and onto the hard drive first.

+1 for handbrake for the conversion process
To aid in the conversion process I use a little program called dvd43 which means that I can then convert all the new movies which have copy protection
I can't remember where I found my settings for handbrake but it produces as good a quality as those found on the bold and also doesn't have black bands at the bottom and top.
