Default Reloading new OS

Hi folks, does reloading a new OS on my 9000 requires me to reactivate my BES account again?

In the past when I found that when I reloaded my OS it always required me to obtain my userID and password from the IT department to reactivate it. So I guess yes, but weirdly enough not always sometimes I got away without the need to reactivate it

Make a backup from all your data with DM and when you put it back, guess no need to activate again.
