Default Problems Replacing LCD screen - any help?

I cracked the original lcd screen in my bold about a month and a half ago. I finally got around to replacing the screen and after replacing it the new screen just shows an all white screen, like the screen is still damaged. I know it is not damaged because it is a brand new screen. Anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could be? I'd appreciate any help.

    Thanks!

Hello, make sure you have the correct LCD, there are 3 or 4 different LCDs such as 001, 002, 003. Its marked on the back of the LCD
