Pls help how do i solve this=>RELOAD SOFTWARE:552<

I realised that my blackberry bold 9000 was slow, so i decided to delete some applications then i saw this message=> Restart now to fully delete it press YES or NO i pressed YES.... Then it reboot itself after then it won't open again just showing this message=>RELOAD SOFTWARE: 552..... Somebody please help my BIS is wasting#crying+sad

Connect your device to Desktop Manager and delete any of the apps that didn't fully delete. After that it should boot up fine and intact.
