Hi

A user in on our BES got a new device yesterday. I ask if he had some picture he would have with him to the new device. Only on the memory card he told me.
We switched memory card and activated the new device and everything works very fine.

But when that was done, he said i couldn't find all his pictures, and I find many pictures on the device memory

I have his code for the phone and i login with the code. I finds all the image in DM and Media Manager.
Even when I have the code, all the pictures ends with .jpg.rem

IT policy is set:
External File System Encryption Level - Encrypt to User Password (including multi-media directories)

How can I unlock the pictures, so I can get out all the pictures and send to the user?

I fixed it myself.

I copied the .rem files from the device memory from the old phone onto the computer. Copied the .rem back to the new phones memory card
Everything was done with Roxio Media Manager.

So now is the images for use again
