Hi all,

I am new to updating OS's and have read the FAQ and followed all the steps. I am trying to update to 4.6 for AT&T. The Desktop Manager had the update when I connected my Bold to sync.

I have made several attempts. It seems to get stuck after it backs up the third party apps. It says connect to boot ROM, the red status light comes on and then the phone turns off when it says Uploading RAM image (Task 4 of 11). I have left my phone plugged in for over two hours and it appears nothing is happening. Am I doing something wrong or is there a glitch in the update?
