    Default Not receiving mail AT&T BB 9000

    I have:

    Resent service books, till I am blue in the face, pulled the battery and finally, reset up email accounts.

    Either I receive email hours later or they just sit on my server and the BB does not pull them.


    Any suggestions?

    did you do your SB's from your device or from the AT&T BIS site? Have you switched your device recently? Have you resgitered your routing tables again? what type of account is it, gmail, exchange etc.... My BIS and GMAIL account are working fine, but a night or two ago people reported slowness, should be ok today.

    Thanks, the issue was Yahoo who hosts the mail for SWBELL. I got to RIM and they called YAHOO and determined that, and I may have this backwards, there was no alert from yahoo that there was mail there, hence the BB would not claim mail. But it would pull mail as a manual force when I reloaded the service books.
