Same problem here, but for mine I have 4.6 and 5.0 on the DM display, but the 5.0 has a * in which below says "only active blackberry service subscribers are entitled for upgade"

anyone with same problem?

yes that what was said on mine too. i`m doing it again on xp to see if i get a better result.

u guys should try running da "AppLoader way" instead of DM n check ur results...

just double click on AppLoader icon on da same folder in which u deleted vendor file... it should work fine from there...

PS. I came from the 9700 to the 9000, but I like the 9000 wider keyboard, bigger screen, but like the threaded sms. So this update is perfect for me.

oh wait found a link on crackberry to use apploader without battery inside, loading now...will keep all posted
