new email won't appear on the home screen
Hi,
I recently tried adding a new email account to my bold. I originally had a google email address that works fine (minus the outage today) but when I tried to add a different server I entered my email info and password and it said a new icon would be added to my home screen. However, it never appeared on my home screen. I tried it with a yahoo account as well, but this did not work either.
Is there another folder it would be hidden in? Any help would be appreciated!!

Go to your BIS page for your carrier. Make sure the accounts are listed. If not, add them there. Regardless, resend your service books while you're logged in.
