    Default Need Quick Advice

I am about to call AT&T warranty because the internet on my phone has stopped working and i have already went through all their troubleshooting steps. I have os 4.6.0.219 on my phone now. If they find this out will it ruin the warranty and if so should i revert to .169 or whatever before i call them and how would i do this?

And of course you won't be mentioning to them over the phone that that's the OS you're running. I don't think they ask anyway. Do what Greg suggested though before sending it back.

Downgrade to .167 try to trouble shoot the problem again. If all fails call AT&T. Don't ever mention that you used any OS other than their official release.

Yeah I am not going to mention it to them and will revert back to .167. Do i just download .167 and connect to the device manager and will it prompt the downgrade?

I would also recommend you to downgrade to AT&T accredited version.
