need help with 507 error (i have searched!)

Hi - i have a 9000 Bold with the common 507 reload software error.
I have seen this before on other Blackberries and had no problem reloading software successfully.
This Bold will show the 507 error while charging for about 20 seconds then reboot back to the 507 error continuously.
I have removed battery and connected to PC fine with apploader. I hit 'Next' when i get 'Pin Unknown' and everything goes fine.
When i get to the 'reconnecting to JVM' bit i put battery back in and everything is hunky-dory - it starts loading the modules for about 30 seconds then it will reboot with red LED.
Obviously the reload fails.
This happens every time.
I have searched foir this particular problem and haven't found an answer - plenty when it won't go past reconnecting to jvm etc but nonme for when it fails while loading modules.
Can anyone help.

Here is you QUICK fix and please fallow the steps below, im 100% it will Work.

Please before you Install your OS delete Vendor.xml and proceed with you installation on to your device, in case you delete that vendor pleas make shore you have delete the previous OS installed in to your PC and hit a search for Vendor.xml in to your pc cause some times they instal some parts in different folders.

MOST IMPORTANT BACKUP YOUR DEVICE IF IS POSSIBLE !!!

Hi - thanks for the reply. I have already done all this - the problem is that when the individual COD files are being installed the phone reboots and the process fails. This usually happens about 30 seconds in to the process.
I think it may be hardware problem as when i plug the phone into mains charger it will show solid red LED for 20 seconds then i get the 507 error. The error screen lasts about 20 seconds then it reboots through the proicess again.
