I really want to love this phone!!

Got my bold on Feb 1st and since then have gone through 3 of them. all have had the same issues - white screen of death, not receiving emails and losing my texts with the settings on keep forever. Everyone has said it is the firware. this latest bold has v.4.6.0.167 (platform) 4.0.0.157, twice in the past week including last tonight i have gotten error messages and the white screen and I cannot forward texts as emails. what can i do to get this phone to work properly I'm beyond fedup with this phone any help would be great

On the first two phones the apps I added were gmail, google maps, aim and viigo

On this 3rd bold I only added mobile gmail since when I went through blackberry and personal email set up, the messages were not coming through.

Rotten luck my friend. I had one Bold and it was trusty to the day I sold it. But I should mention that just because it's the LATEST os doesn't mean it's the best. I kept my Bold at .164. You can try the latest os (.246 I think), that may help

I had a problem similar to this and was on tech support with AT&T's business support line for almost an hour. We did a total wipe, deleted just about everything on the phone, and voila! It works like a million bucks now. I suggest getting on the phone with them and get it handled.

wipe + upgrade os .... problem should be solved ....
