Default Mute Key problem
My Mute key dose not responding. It dose make 'click' sound but it dosen't work. Any idea how to fix this?

1) Do a 'battery pull'.
If not corrected
2) do an OS re-installation (per instructions at the HELP section of this forum).

Will it let you mute the call using the menu>mute call option?
