Default Massive Memory Leak with .1079

Has anyone else noticed the massive and quick memory leak with .1079? It was so bad, I had to go back to .1067.

Being a fellow Playbook guy, the Bridge app leaks a ton of memory. Seems to have gotten better of late, however. Have you used a different theme at all, or is it safe to say the problem lies int he OS? I personally haven't tried .1079,the hybrids seems to be a good fit for me.

I'm not sure. I think it's the OS. .1079 will leak to zero in a day. .1067 will hold at around 8MB. Both have exactly the same apps. I have installed an uninstalled it about 3 times....same deal.

.1067 works great....so I'm a little nervous to use a hybrid.

One time is your first time, if you backup your BB with DM and your app with BBSAK there's there nothing to afraid off.
Read the topic careful and give it a try.
