Anyone try this yet for memory management, and battery life?
Life is too short to spend time messing with Windows Computers, and any phone but a Blackberry.
Apple Computers and Blackberrys never let you down.

Making a global compare between this version and the last one, I found something very very strange :

The sfi file ( the radio ) is 15 meg in the 5.0.0.1079 ( 5.2.0.95)
but it is 20 meg in the 5.0.0.1096 (5.2.0.106)

this seems a very very large increase for some bug fixes !!

This version of software is for India, and we all hear about the pression of the India governement on RIM to let them spy on the blackberries.... just my two cents.

Just installed this release and I have more memory available then with previous builds and the signal doesn't seem to jump around as bad as on other builds that i've used on the 9000.

Yep been 2 days now on this release and it still has the same issue if you restart your phone with say 50% battery it will come back up with only 20% left. With being a little more responsive and the battery life on 2G I went 2 days and still had 50% left so I would recommend it still to try out.
