Issue with Bold 9000 / how to check battery

Hello
i'm french so excuse my possible bad english...

I got a used BlackBerry bold 9000 for 3 months, everything get well, until last day :

i used to charge my BB with a charger which deliver 2A (i don't know if it's part of the problem)
I charge it a full night, and when i recover it, nothing happen (no light, no screen, nothing...)

I tried all the tips i saw on internet (charge without battery, with laptop, with charger, hard reset, etc...) nothing, not even the small red light ...

I tried to check the battery, maybe it's a bad chinese battery (i don't know about it)
i use my multimeter... but i'm not so good in electricity

when i try to have the volt between 1 and 4 it marks 0V
but between 1 and 2 , it appears 2.3V

is it normal ? is the BB broken too, because it doesn"t charge anymore the battery ?
normally, without battery, the BB must shows the red light ?

1st thing I would do is try another battery & if that doesn't work then i would look towards reinstalling OS (search on here for how to reinstall os on nuked berry).
