iplayer on Bold?

Having missed match of the day both last night and this morning. I tried out iplayer. It told me that the it can only be accessed from the uk...but I am in the uk. Is it just playing hard to get? Anyone had any joy with it?

I then tried the radio programmes and was told java script needed to be switched on. Sorry for the noob question, but how do you do this and is it a good idea?
