i need help on bb9000 wont on just led activty red light indicator for about 50second

somebody help me fix this.
wont start just an red light indicator verytime i put on a charger even when i connect it to the computer and desktop software cant detect it.

Did you run the battery dead? We just had this problem with my daughters.

Try plugging it into the wall charger and while plugged in pull the battery, wait a few seconds and put back in. Leave it plugged in. Hers came back on after about 10 minutes and has worked fine since.

nothing happens. desktop software cant detect my phone always retry or if i update it happens to have an error 250 out of 261 modules downloaded and error appears.
what should i do?
