Put the SIM back in the Bold first. The only real reason to take it out is to put it in another T-Mo device to pull down the service books, (assuming you have one). If you put it in after, it reregisters with the network, pulls updated service books that over write the old ones, of which do not contain the browser ones you just put on and there for no browser. You follow? FYI you will have to repeat this procedure each time you do an os update. So keep a copy of the browser service books on hand. I would keep a copy on my memory card also.
