This has been addressed in several threads, do a search. But I'll warn you, it's not easy or really even worth the trouble.

    Default Separation Anxiety

I also tried separating the Lens from the LCD on a 9000, I was about half way when I heard a horrible sound (of cracking) and I had a CrackBerry . Sigh, got a new LCD /w lens in a week and back up.

One thing to be sure when ordering a replacement LCD, get the number from the back, 001/004 or 003/004 or I believe it it blank if it is a 002/004 (read posts carefully) as they are not interchangeable.

See also How to identify your BlackBerry Bold 9000 LCD screen version for identification help.
