help. my friend was trying to charge his bold and it was charging but then he got the white screen with the loading clock in the middle, then it shut off and it wont turn back on whatsoever..

had the same problem, sent in my phone today to a repair shop will let you know further on what problem it has /had and how much it would cost to fix

Same problem. didn't charge for the weekend and when i tried on monday, it refused to charge at all - period. tried to charge overnight but would not come back on. Tried another battery, the phone works ok.
Decided to solve the problem by buying a new battery. Problem solved.

tried wiht a differnet battery and nothing....... so it might be different for different people..... ill tell you whats wrong with it, when the phone technition <if thats how you spell it lol> calls me to tell me about it.... im still waiting btw to hear from him

ok so oi talked to the technicion, and he said the mother board was freid..... theres no point on spending time or money on it, buy a new one............ the question is which one woulod u guys go for 9000 with the nice keyboard, or the 8900 for fastness and 3.2 mega pixel camera

Mine went dead, to fix it I pull out the battery, let it sit without battery for 12 hrs, then put in the battery, and it came to life.
