Exclamation Help... My Bold 9000 passed away???
This is my first Blackberry phone and its new to me. Once when i finished upgrade my OS and surfing using wifi, the phone turned blank and showing white screen. When i format it, it shown loading and when it loads a quarter of the process, the screen turn white again. Any solution? Need help urgently.

Check under the battery door for red stickers, if you see them the phone has water damage.
