Help! Can't receive MMS

For some reason I cannot receive MMS. I can send them, and other people get them just fine. However, there are a few more odd symptoms to this problem. Firstly, when I send an MMS with a picture attached and then go view it in my messages app, the picture has been removed, and it's just a blank message (even though the other person gets the image just fine). Secondly, my event log shows data incoming when I am sent an MMS, but no alert or message shows up.

I do not have the firewall enabled and browser push is enabled. I have also cleared all my service books and resent them. Has anyone seen anything like this before and have any clue how to get it working? I'd really like to not have to take the time to wipe the device and reload the OS...

What OS are you running?

If you're *certain* you're not having issues with file size limitations (AT&T or the recipients), then you may need to contact AT&T.

My unlocked 9000 is on T-Mobile and I have a 9800 on AT&T. I'm running v5.0.0.1728 on my Bold and I'm able to send/receive MMS messages as long as they are small enough.

i was having the same issues. i was able to do a back-up and reload the OS. seems like it took a couple of tries for some reason, but that solved my problem, regardless of the size of the mms
