 HELP! Bold stuck on battery charging screen and won't turn on
Hi, so my Bold is stuck on the screen with the battery charging icon.
I don't know what to do. I have tried 3 batteries and all have failed.
It is as if the phone isn't getting power. Can anyone please help me? This is my favorite phone
And I'm stuck. It has been on this screen for 2 hours no success. I have now unplugged it
