HELP!!!! Bold battery life is a nightmare

Hey guys, my Bold is going crazy. I have charged it 5 times today. What can I do? I have updated it to the latest firmware etc. I have also turned the brightness down to 10%

This definitely is not normal and I would be concerned. Either the battery is a dud and you should buy a new (official) one, or take the device back as the battery contacts may be defective.

It sounds like the battery. The major carriers have the ability to check battery power in most of their coperate stores. Amazon has batteries at very reasonable prices. I would suggest stopping at one of them so they can check the battery as well as the phone .
