Help Bb wont back up

hi guys.. I need help i don't know why my bb wont back up.. it keeps giving me error and the whole process stops.. it work just fine a few months back so i donn't know what i'm doing wrong this time around pleae help thank you

Try clearing your browser's cache, cookies, etc., then have another go at it. That helps many people who experience this problem. Good luck!

clearing cache/cookies also worked for me when i had this problem.
