Got new bold. Can't find Documents to Go?

I just bought a BB Bold and can't find Documents to Go anywhere. I looked in the applications folder and only found 5 apps, none of them being documents to go. Do I get it from the App Store or do I have to buy it?

Download your os to your pc and install it with Desktop Manager.

Did you buy it new or used? Go to Options>Advanced Options>Applications and check if it is listed

If it isn't you can go to Dataviz.com to download it

^^^ for the paid version. The free version is in the os. Whoever you got it from evidently didn't need it and uninstalled it.

I couldn't find mine either but it's there when I open documents. How do I unhide it?

Unzip to a folder, then copy the folder to your memory card. Go to Media>BB Button>explore then find the folder with the files in it and click on DoctoGo.jad. it will then install as normal for an OTA download but only take a couple of seconds.
