i really hoping somebody can give me some ideas, i purchased my blackberry several months ago, and it worked fine.

now, for about the past month, evertime i hit the picture button on the side the phone completly freezes, resulting in me taking the battery out each time it happens.

One of two things may be the cause. The OS may have a problem, it should be re-installed:

Or, there is a conflict with one or more of the apps or themes.
Remove ALL the apps and themes that do not come with the basic OS installation.

Test the phone for a day or so to determine if the problem still occurs.

Then, add back the apps and themes ONE at a time. Test and wait a day before adding another.
