I got a new bold after giving rogers a hard time. My original unit was made in hungary. My new unit is made in canada....and wow...is there ever a difference... The canadian made one was instantly more solid and bette built. No more loose cover. The keys and pearl are a lot crispier too

... Fiiinaaalllly!!!

Nice. Maybe I should try that out as well. However, so far, my Hungary made Bold has done quite well. I am happy you are happy now. The Bold is a fantastic device.

Mine made in canada and loose back cover.
My 1st one from canada had a key go dead.

Congrats! When I got my bold from rogers I asked for one made in canada instead of hungary. I find the device very well made with no problems!

I have Hungary made bold with no problems at all ... I don't think there is any difference between Canadian and Hungarian makes .... The unit and the manufacturing process would be the same ...

Im on my second bold in a week, the first one the external flash drive didnt work, it seemed solid and was made in mexico. My second bold seems to be build solid aswell and built in mexico. I love this phone it rocks
