Hello.
I need some help.

When I try to back up my BB I get the following message:

Unknown Error

when it's backing up the "on-board memory device".

I backed up my BB so many times without any problem with the same software version in the same computer.

I noticed in the past when the backup process went OK, every time I plugged the BB to the computer, the software asked me the password twice. Now when I connect the BB to the computer it only ask me the password once, and the backup fail at the point of on-board memory device.

Can any one please help me to solve this issue?

Start with a battery pull to reset the phone.

I had to clear my browser cache. Then do the log clear. alt LGLG. Then clear my emails. Batt pull didn't clear it enough for me.
