 error 523 and cant connect to pc :(
Ive been reading alot of threads that describe almost my exact problem, but not quite. The issue my precious bold is having is the error 523 screen of death along with "unexpected error 8>=8". ive tried resetting it 100x, did hard resets, soft resets, deleted new apps, and now Im trying to connect it to my pc but thats not happening. Im not sure what to do since i cant download the new software update BBdash is telling me i have to update if i cant connect it. so heres what happens when i turn my phone on: it does the usual BB start up, then goes to my carrier screen, after that it goes to my homescreen, verifies the security software, then tells me it has had an unexpected error 8>=8, it stays on the screen for about 5 seconds then goes to the dreaded error 523 white screen. when this happened the first time i happened to be with someone who has worked at t-mobile and at&t and has been to MANY blackberry meetings specifically. she told me to connect it to my pc and let bbdash do its thing and my phone would be ok. After trying it im heartbroken because my phone is so far gone it cant even fix itself. i reallllly hope someone out there has had and FIXED this problem. oh and right before this happened, my phone was sending parcel and blank texts to ppl outside of my network (called at&t and they told me to rest it but they way the tech was telling me to do doesnt exist, so i couldnt do it.) idk if thats related but i figured id include it.
